Compliance First
UK Avionics operates with a strong compliance-first approach to the sourcing, procurement and supply of defence-related components and equipment.
Controlled Goods
Certain products, technologies, software, technical data and spare parts may be subject to UK, EU, US or international export control requirements. These may include military, dual-use, NATO-coded or platform-specific items.
End-Use and End-User Review
Before accepting or fulfilling an order, we may request end-user certificates, destination details, intended use information, procurement authority documentation and other supporting records required for compliance review.
Restricted Destinations and Parties
UK Avionics does not knowingly support transactions involving prohibited end-users, sanctioned parties, embargoed destinations or unauthorised diversion of controlled goods.
Licensing and Documentation
Where export licences, import permits or government approvals are required, shipment will not proceed until the necessary approvals and supporting documentation have been obtained and verified.
Customer Obligations
Customers must provide accurate information and must not re-export, transfer, divert or use supplied goods in breach of applicable laws, licence conditions or agreed end-use restrictions.
Right to Decline
UK Avionics reserves the right to decline, suspend or cancel any enquiry, quotation, order or shipment where compliance concerns cannot be resolved to our satisfaction.
